Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for using our platform. Because our services consist of digital advertising, premium placements, and membership packages, our refund policy is designed to reflect the immediate and digital nature of these services.

1. Digital Services & Immediate Execution When you purchase a premium placement (e.g., Featured Ad, Bump Up) or a membership package, the service is activated and delivered immediately to your account. Therefore, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once the service has been successfully activated and is live on the platform.

2. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) Under EU and UK consumer law, users generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by purchasing and activating a digital service (such as publishing a paid ad or accessing membership features), you explicitly consent to the immediate execution of the contract. You acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital service has been fully performed.

3. Subscription & Membership Cancellations If you are subscribed to a recurring membership plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your membership benefits until that cycle ends. We do not provide partial refunds for unused days within an active billing cycle.

4. Removed Ads & Policy Violations If your listing is removed by our moderation team due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., fraudulent content, prohibited items, or spam), you will not be entitled to a refund for any paid features or memberships associated with that account.

5. Technical Errors In the rare event of a system glitch or technical error on our end that prevents your paid service from functioning correctly (e.g., you were charged for a Featured Ad but it was not applied), please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and issue a platform credit or refund accordingly.
